Romeo Barnes
Romeo is an Associate of the Society of Actuarial Sciences. Romeo has established a solid track record in the regulatory industry where he has been primarily involved with the review and approval of insurance products, solvency and reserve assessments of insurance companies, and pension plan valuations.
He is also skilled in the concepts and techniques for modeling and managing risks particularly in relation to the pensions and insurance business.
A graduate from the University of the West Indies in Actuarial Sciences 2008, Romeo brings solid experience in the field of risk management. He is also a graduate of Fitz Ritson and Associates in the Pension Management Programme.
Romeo has been lecturing at Fitz Ritson and Associates since February 2016 – specializing in the area of pension fund management and risk management.
In his spare time Romeo is a sports enthusiast and enjoys basketball and football.
